We have conducted work on many projects for the City of Riverside Public Works and Real Estate Development Departments. This work includes Preliminary Geotechnical Investigations, Percolation Feasibility Studies, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments Phase II Environmental Site Assessment, Lead-Based Paint Surveys, and a wide variety of Construction Materials Testing Services.

We have provided observation and testing services for the backfilling of infrastructural utilities, including sewer mains and waterlines, street and parking lot structural sections, and dry utilities. We also have conducted testing and inspections during placement of asphalt concrete and for Portland Cement Concrete for many City of Riverside projects.

We have been awarded over 100 projects and have contracted over $500,000 in the past eight years. We have also been chosen for the Annual On-Call Geotechnical Service Agreement for several years running. Some of these projects include:

City of Moreno Valley

In the past 22 years, we have provided extensive services to the City of Moreno Valley Public Works Department and Capital Projects Division. This work includes Preliminary Geotechnical Investigations, Percolation Feasibility Studies, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and a wide variety of Construction Materials and Laboratory Testing Services.

We have provided observation and testing services for the backfilling of infrastructural utilities, including sewer mains and waterlines, street and parking lot structural sections, and dry utilities. We also have conducted testing and inspections during placement of asphalt concrete and for Portland Cement Concrete for several major City of Moreno Valley projects.
